How is payment for an order made?
You can pay for your orders using Credit Card, MBway, ATM, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others.
To which countries does Violeta Store ship?
We only send our orders to Portugal - Mainland and Archipelagos of Madeira and Azores.
How much does it cost to deliver an order?
For orders worth up to €155, a flat delivery fee of €5 applies.
For purchases worth €155 or more, shipping costs are free.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Deliveries normally take place within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation, as long as there are no obstacles such as absence of the recipient, address anomalies, among others.
Can I exchange or return an item of clothing?
Yes, you can request an exchange and return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The exchange service has a fixed value of 10 euros.
